Making a Difference in Our Community

Victory Mechanical hosted a booth with free candy for children at the 2025 FestiVille in Smithville, Missouri. The event was sponsored by Eric Craig Real Estate Team.

Victory Mechanical Group is a proud to live in and serve the North Kansas City School District. At the NKCSD Fall Opening Convocation, we packaged and gave away over 600 free candy bags for district staff. Thank you to all NKCSD teachers, administrators, and staff for all you do for our children and community!

Victory Mechanical owners Victor and Ashley Roa volunteered serving beer at the 2025 Gladfest beer tent. All proceeds went towards the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce scholarships.

At Victory Mechanical, we value our teachers. In partnership with the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce, we gave away nearly 275 "Emergency Expos" as part of community initiative to welcome new teachers to our area. With the help of our daughters, Alexis and Lucy, and Victory co-owner and educator Ashley, we hope these come in handy!
