President and Founder Victor Roa has over 20 years experience in the industry. He started his career as a technician and grew into the license holder for the organization in just three short years. After 10 years of employment with his first HVAC employer, Roa opened his own business in Texas, which he operated for six years. He then decided to pursue his dream of teaching as an HVAC fundamentals trainer for an international HVAC manufacturer. He worked with hundreds of technicians across Oklahoma and Texas to ensure best practices for HVAC installation and repairs.

 

When he moved to Kansas City three years ago, Roa was hired as a Quality Assurance, Service, and Installation Supervisor in Liberty, MO. In that role, he was responsible for leading a large staff of technicians and ensuring quality standards were met and ensure customer satisfaction.​With each of these positions, Roa not only became an expert in this industry but learned his true passion was business ownership and industry leadership.

 

Victory Mechanical is the result of two decades of on-the-job education and a journey towards success. ​Roa lives in Kansas City, MO, with his wife Ashley; daughter Alexis; and stepdaughter Lucy. He is excited to grow Victory Mechanical Group into a integral part of the Kansas City business community.
